Litigation Special Counsel

Tampa office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks litigation special counsel with 4-6 years of experience. The candidate will be responsible for a high volume of matters and must be confident in their autonomy. Will oversee and supervise attorney and paralegal teams, hence supervisory experience is a plus. Should have strong legal research and writing skills and have conducted discovery, drafted motions argued one or more motions in court, have some deposition experience, and some trial experience. Experience in mediation, arbitration, and litigation of insurance claims, construction and design defect claims, and related matters is strongly preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills are required. Must hold a JD from an ABA-approved law school and be in good standing and an active member of the Florida Bar.
