The candidate will advise international clients on their direct investment activities in the PRC. Will negotiate and draft legal documents (Chinese and English). Must be Qualified to practice PRC law. Must have experience in dealing with international clients. Should preferably have specialization in foreign investment, employment, IT, media, civil litigation, real estate or IP law. Fluency of spoken and written Chinese and English is essential. Training in the US and/or Hong Kong will be offered to outstanding candidates.
