Corporate Attorney

Seattle office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a corporate attorney with 4 years of experience in one or more of the areas of mergers and acquisitions, private placements, credit agreements, entity formations, emerging companies, securities, and general corporate law. The candidate should have experience serving clients in at least one of seven key industries.

The candidate must have the ability to manage complex transactions independently, in addition to having the ability and willingness to train and manage the work of junior associates. Must have excellent legal skills and reputation. Strong client service ethics is required. An entrepreneurial and growth mindset is needed.
