Global Finance Associate Attorney

Los Angeles office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a global finance associate attorney preferably with 1-4 years of experience in a dedicated finance practice group at an AmLaw 100 firm representing domestic and international banks and other financial institutions in a wide range of leveraged transactions and/or large or middle-market companies or funds in their financing needs. The candidate must have strong financial, analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills and an ability to work independently, with direct client contact.
