Bridgewater office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks labor and employment attorney with 5+ years of experience. The candidate will work both independently and as part of the strong Labor and Employment Group. Will counsel public and private sector clients on a wide range of issues, including workforce counseling; labor and employee relations; corporate and workforce compliance. Review and update employment policies and procedures; employment litigation; unfair competition and trade secrets; wrongful termination and discrimination claims; privacy and e-discovery issues; employment training; employee benefits and tax issues; wage and hour compliance; immigration; and government contracts. Work for both management and individuals. Must have experience working on employment matters up to and including litigation, counseling clients in all aspects of labor and employment law. Must be admitted to the Bar in the states of New Jersey and New York. New Jersey and New York State court experience preferred.

The candidate should have a Juris Doctorate Degree. Must have superior academic credentials. Excellent researching skills essential. Exceptional writing and communication skills needed.
