Senior Real Estate Associate Attorney/Counsel

The candidate should have experience focused on commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and financings. Must possess experience: reviewing and negotiating joint venture agreements; reviewing and negotiating loan documents on behalf of Borrowers; and representing clients in buying and selling commercial real estate (and drafting, reviewing, and negotiating related documentation). Should have strong writing, organizational and analytical skills, and the ability to run transactions autonomously and as part of a team.
