Business Litigation Associate Attorney

Edwardsville office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks business litigation associate attorney with 2-5 years of experience. The candidate will handle all aspects of the case including drafting pleadings, discovery, taking depositions, and court appearances. Will strategize and evaluate cases under the supervision of the shareholder. Interpret laws, rulings, regulations, planning and zoning for municipalities. Attend governmental entity meetings as appropriate. Negotiate resolution of cases. Prepare for and attend mediations. Directly communicate with clients. Should preferably have experience with real estate litigation, creditors rights, and/or municipal and local government law.

The candidate should have excellent communication and reporting skills. Must work efficiently and provide value to clients.
