Berkeley office of our client seeks senior attorney with preferably 3+ years of experience. The candidate will serve clients who are primarily environmental groups, Native American tribes, and unions. Will serve the following areas of law: public lands management (National Parks and Forest, federal Refuges), tribal law, CEQA and NEPA, Proposition 65, Clean Water Act, CA Public Records Act and FOIA, and CA Public Utilities Commission. Serve in all aspects of litigation in state and federal court, policy review and analysis, legislative/regulatory drafting, transactional work on behalf of tribes. A science or policy background (particularly environmental) or a demonstrated interest in tribal law is a plus. Should have California Bar admission.

The ideal candidate will be independent, self-motivated, and creative.
