Senior Restructuring And Insolvency Litigation Associate Attorney

Miami office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a senior restructuring and insolvency litigation associate attorney with 6-8 years of restructuring and reorganization experience working on sophisticated transactions and insolvency litigation matters. The candidate will work closely with partners on complex business restructuring, reorganization, and insolvency litigation matters. Will work directly with debtors in possession, creditors committees, trustees, equity security holders, and institutional creditors. Manage cases with limited supervision. Complex cross-border restructurings are a plus. Deposition and trial experience preferred. First-chair deposition, trial, or evidentiary hearing experience is a plus. Must be licensed to practice law in Florida or be willing to sit for the next Florida Bar exam.

The candidate should have strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Must be able to work with a high volume and varied caseload, prioritize, and must be able to communicate with clients/co-workers effectively and efficiently. Should have excellent typing and organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work in a team environment and multi-task. Must also be able to work under pressure and deadlines and must be disciplined to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
