Foreclosure Attorney

Iselin office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm, seeks a foreclosure attorney with 1 year of motion practice experience. The candidate will manage a caseload of foreclosure matters on behalf of mortgage lenders and investors. Will appear in court and argue motions necessary to the successful completion of routine foreclosure, eviction, title, and other matters. Communicate with clients to ensure quality representation and implementation of all client directives. Collaborate with support staff for the preparation and execution of legal documents used in the foreclosure process. Analyze loan files, title reports, and other client documents. Draft legal pleadings and correspondence in connection with mortgage foreclosure actions. Must be licensed in New York and in good standing with the New York Bar. Knowledge of New York Mortgage Foreclosure Law is required.

The candidate should have a J.D. degree. Must have strong writing skills. Ability to effectively communicate written and orally is required. The ability to work independently or in a group/team setting is needed. The ability to maintain a high level of professionalism amidst any challenges is required. Should have the ability to interact and communicate well with clients, staff, peers, and management of all levels. Must have the ability to maintain a positive attitude.
