Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney

Albany office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a commercial litigation associate attorney with 1-3 years of commercial litigation experience. The candidate will assist the Firms education, energy, and banking practices. Must have New York Bar Admission.

The candidate must have a JD degree with excellent academic credentials. Must aspire to conduct depositions, appear in court, and interact with clients and opposing counsel. Must have excellent legal research and writing skills and verbal communication skills. Must have strong professional judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Must have proactiveness, resourcefulness, and a strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and multi-task required.
