Attorney

Harrisburg office of our client seeks an attorney with 4+ years of liability defense experience. The candidate will prepare correspondence and legal documents such as pleadings, briefs, affidavits, and motions. Conduct legal research, and assist senior attorneys to prepare for depositions, mediations, settlement conferences, trials, and other legal proceedings. Communicate with senior attorneys, paralegals, and clients to ensure cases are handled efficiently. Maintain client files in an organized fashion to ensure up-to-date information is available for senior attorneys, paralegals, and support staff. Must have successful completion of the Pennsylvania Bar examination. This position is on site and 100% in office.

The candidate must have a completion of a J.D. degree from an accredited law school. Must have the ability to work with senior attorneys. Must have excellent communication skills and problem-solving skills required to work with senior attorneys, paralegals, and staff members. Must have analytical ability and strong attention to detail. Must have strong organizational skills. Must have the ability to prioritize assignments. Must have exceptional writing skills.
