Las Vegas office of our client seeks associate attorney with 1-2 years jurisdiction experience in foreclosure and REO-related litigation. The candidate will manage cases from assignment to conclusion. Will draft court pleadings, legal memos, and correspondence. Oversee discovery matters including depositions, filings, and motion defense. Independently represent our clients at court hearings (live and telephonic) and mediation. Conduct internal and external trainings. Communicate directly with the firms clients. Must be licensed (or able to be licensed) to practice law in the State of Nevada and admitted in all Federal District Courts within the state or willingness to get admitted. Should be Member in good standing with the Nevada Bar Association.

The candidate should have a Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school. Excellent legal research skills are needed. Ability to organize and manage caseload is essential.
