Alameda office of our client seeks litigation associate attorney with 5-10 years of experience. The candidate will work well under pressure, including balancing multiple competing litigation and internal deadlines. Work well in a collaborative partner/associate/paralegal team. Should have experience in all phases of pre-litigation and litigation, including drafting initial demands, pleadings, discovery, and dispositive motion practice. ERISA experience is desired. Collections and/or construction experience are also a plus. Federal Court experience is preferred including a working knowledge of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and motion practice within the Northern District of California. Must preferably have experience and competence to independently manage a large caseload. Must be a member of the State Bar of California.
