The candidate must have experience with investigations and government enforcement actions. FCPA experience is preferred. Fluency in Spanish will be considered a plus. Must be admitted to the PA Bar.

The candidate must have strong analytical abilities, excellent writing skills, and the requisite academic credentials. Should preferably be creative, competitive, and resourceful. Must be an excellent writer and oral communicator.
