Plano office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a litigation associate attorney with 0-1 year of experience. The candidate will oversee and supervise all legal aspects of the firms litigation practice. Provide guidance to operational staff regarding the implementation of procedural changes, and approve such changes as necessary. Ensure the firms litigation practice is compliant with state, federal, regulatory, and client-directed legal requirements. Monitor for state, federal, and regulatory changes and recommend process modifications as appropriate. Jurisdiction-specific experience in handling contested default matters and banking litigation is preferred. Must have admission to practice before all four Texas federal districts.

The candidate must have a JD from an accredited law school. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have exceptional organizational skills. Must have proficiency in legal research applications such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or other related systems.
