San Diego office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks FDA regulatory and compliance associate attorney with 3-7 years of experience. The candidate will advise on all product areas and will advise on issues throughout a products life cycle, including product development strategy, clinical trial compliance, product submissions, labeling, advertising and promotion, adverse event reporting, product recalls, good manufacturing practices (GMPs), agency inspections and remediation of inspection findings as well as responding to agency enforcement actions. Experience working on diagnostics, software, regenerative medicine, biosimilars, and/or EUAs is a plus. Must have FDA regulatory experience representing food, drug and/or device clients or commensurate experience working at the FDA.
