Corporate Litigation and Counseling Associate Attorney

Wilmington office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a corporate litigation and counseling associate attorney with 3 years of experience. Must have experience in all phases of litigation including motion practice, oral advocacy, and eDiscovery. Delaware bar admission is preferred, but candidates willing to take the Delaware Bar Exam will also be considered.

The candidate will work on a wide variety of complex and challenging matters including M&A litigation, derivative suits, control disputes, alternative entity disputes, and proceedings brought pursuant to Delaware statutory provisions, primarily in the Court of Chancery, but also in other Delaware state and federal courts.

The principal law office is headquartered in Delaware. Additional law offices are located in Delaware and New York. The legal practice staffs one-hundred and seven talented attorneys.
