Junior Litigation Associate Attorney

San Diego office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a junior litigation associate attorney with 3-4 years of experience in commercial and business litigation. The candidate should preferably have experience in researching and drafting briefs, discovery, and pre and post-trial motions. Experience in real estate disputes and issues is desired. Major law firm experience preferred. Must have Admission to the State Bar of California.

The candidate should preferably have strong case management skills, a work ethic, and a team-orientated attitude. Excellent oral advocacy, communication, and writing skills plus. A high level of academic achievement is a plus.
