Bloomfield Hills office of our client seeks a real estate attorney with 8+ years of real estate experience, and specific land use and zoning experience. The candidate should preferably have a strong understanding of local and state rules, regulations, and laws, and regular contact with municipal boards, councils, and commissions. Significant experience with eminent domain, zoning, land use entitlements, condemnation, and general real estate litigation is required. Must have excellent organizational and writing skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to produce quality work under tight deadlines. Superior client service is necessary. A portable book of business is preferred. Admission to practice in MI is required.
