Labor and Employment Associate Attorney

Tampa office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks labor and employment associate attorney with 4+ years of experience in a law firm environment who has a particular interest and aptitude in management side defense issues and an interest in working on both local and nationwide employment matters. The candidate will be advising clients on compliance with wage and hour and other work regulations; handling administrative actions; and assisting in employment litigation and arbitrations, including drafting pleadings and motions, preparing and responding to discovery, and handling trials and arbitrations. Must have an understanding of employment-related issues, including hiring, discipline, investigations, accommodations, leave, and terminations. A working knowledge of the FLSA, ERISA, COBRA, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and Title VII is required. Must be admitted to practice in Florida.
