Fort Lauderdale office of our client seeks immigration attorney with 2+ years of experience (Investor Visas, L1A, E Visa, O Visa, H1B, PERM). The candidate will be responsible for keeping up to date on all legal issues that can impact the clients directly or indirectly. Will formulate creative legal strategies within the framework of all governmental and other regulations, laws and related policies, to provide the clients with the best legal advice possible. Draft motions, file cases, prepare briefs and memorandums of law as needed. Conduct legal research as needed. Must be bi-Lingual (English/Spanish). Understanding of the Eimmigration (Cerenade) case management software is a plus.

Ability to problem solve. Ability to work under pressure. Strategic thinker; Demonstrates Leadership; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills is essential. Empathetic and passionate about work and providing solutions for the clients. Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office systems (Excel, Word) is needed. Excellent understanding of Google systems (GDrive, Google Calendar, Gmail) is required.
