Associate Attorney

Will manage and be responsible for a full caseload, propound and respond to discovery, prepare motions, attend hearings, take and defend depositions. Must have extensive experience taking and defending depositions, attending hearings, and the ability to develop and execute pretrial approaches. Must have experience handling case load. Must also be able to analyze and interpret insurance policies. Must be able to work independently as well as assist senior attorneys.

The candidate must possess strong advocacy skills, excellent communication (oral and written), and client relationship skills.
