A law firm is actively seeking a qualified Mid-Level Technology Transactions Associate Attorney for their Atlanta office. The ideal candidate should have 2-5 years of experience in corporate commercial transactional matters, with a focus on technology transactions. The position requires top academics and previous experience in a large law firm setting. The Mid-Level Technology Transactions Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal support in a variety of technology-related transactions, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and advising on a range of agreements. The role involves working on diverse technology matters such as information technology outsourcing, ERP licensing, SaaS, PaaS, IaaS arrangements, and more.

 

Duties:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate agreements related to information technology outsourcing (ITO).
  • Advise on business process outsourcing (BPO) and ERP licensing, implementation, and support.
  • Handle Software as a Service (SaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) arrangements.
  • Negotiate managed network services agreements.
  • Oversee stored value card manufacturing and distribution arrangements.
  • Manage agreements related to warehousing, transportation, and other supply chain and logistics.
  • Handle manufacturing and supply agreements.
  • Work on joint ventures, shared services, and strategic alliances.
  • Provide legal support for technology, digital advertising, and e-commerce arrangements.

 

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in corporate commercial transactional matters.
  • Top academics.
  • Previous experience in a large law firm setting.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

Admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction.

 

Skills:

  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of technology transactions and related legal issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively in a dynamic legal environment.
