Frisco office of our client seeks a commercial real estate transactional attorney with 5-7 years of experience. The candidate must have sufficient knowledge to handle transactions like: (i) leasing and purchase-and-sale transactions with respect to raw land, improved property, multifamily projects, shopping and retail centers, restaurants, gas stations, and medical facilities; (ii) real estate finance transactions, including real estate loans, construction loans, and loan assignments; and (iii) joint-venture transactions and private offerings; from the LOI stage to closing, with little direct oversight or supervision. Must be willing to mentor less experienced attorneys in such transactions. Must be licensed to practice law in Texas. A portable business is required.
The candidate must have a Juris Doctor degree with competitive academic credentials. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required. Excellent analytical and writing skills are needed.
