The candidate will be drafting leases, distribution agreements, operating agreements, purchase and sale documentation, entity resolutions and such similar documents, as well as performing (i) commercial and residential real estate closings, (ii) equity purchases and sales and (iii) asset purchase and sales; together with the requisite due diligence associated.
