Washington, D.C. office of our client seeks litigation attorney with 2-3 years of experience. The candidate will serve in the Labor and Employment/OSHA Group in its Litigation Department. Prior OSHA and/or Labor and Employment law experience is preferred. Judicial clerkship experience and membership to the Virginia Bar is also preferred.

Must possess strong research, writing, analytical, advocacy and client relations skills. Must also be highly organized, be able to work independently with minimal supervision and possess excellent academic credentials.
