Nashville office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a senior attorney with trial/hearing experience as a 1st Chair, examining and cross-examining witnesses, introducing exhibits and evidence, and conducting the litigation generally. The candidate should preferably have experience with National Labor Relations Board proceedings and hearings. The ability to conduct a hearing without pre-hearing discovery is also a plus. Must have Tennessee License.
