Mt. Pleasant office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an associate attorney with 3+ years of experience, preferably in civil litigation, construction defect, toxic torts, and/or personal injury. The candidate will be drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and briefs. Will serve in legal research. Communicating with clients and opposing parties to resolve/settle claims. Managing a diversified caseload from beginning to end. Providing timely reporting. Working closely with other attorneys at depositions and various court appearances. Experience with Westlaw, i-Manage, and Juris Suite a plus. Must be in good standing with the South Carolina Bar.

The candidate should possess strong academic credentials, excellent research and writing skills, and the ability to work independently. Strong analytical, research, and writing skills are essential. Must have the ability to prioritize assignments and caseload.
