Mid-level Banking and Finance Associate Attorney

The candidate will support the fund finance and/or leveraged finance practices. Must have solid experience with secured and unsecured lending transactions, such as fund financings, acquisition financings, leveraged finance deals, bridge loans, and other complex domestic and cross-border syndicated and bi-lateral financings. Strong experience in fund finance and leverage finance/private credit essential.

The candidate should have strong law school academic credentials.
