Associate Attorney

Tyler office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an associate attorney with 3-5 years of experience in litigation. Experience handling contested motions is required. Must be licensed to practice law in Texas. Being bilingual is preferred. 5 jury trials or more are required. The candidate will negotiate settlements for pre-litigation and litigation and write Stowers demands. Draft and file petitions with discovery, deposition preparation of plaintiffs, depositions of defendants, depositions of experts, mediations, review of expert affidavits, hearings, and trials. Provide excellent customer service.

The candidate must have the ability to manage staff and create and maintain a team environment for pre-litigation and litigation. Must be a self-motivated individual who is reliable and works hard and efficiently.
