Senior Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney

San Francisco office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks senior commercial litigation associate attorney with 5-7 years of experience including fact development, research and analysis, fact and expert discovery, defending and taking depositions, motion practice, brief writing, and trial preparation and trial. The candidate represents a broad range of retail, e-commerce, and hospitality companies. Includes consumer class actions, complex business disputes, fraud and business torts, and advertising compliance issues. Experience with UCL, FAL, and CLRA is a plus. Admission to the California Bar is required.
