Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney

Tampa office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks commercial litigation associate attorney with 3-5 years of experience. The candidate should have experience with all phases of complex commercial litigation, including fact investigation, legal research, drafting discovery, preparing pleadings, taking and defending depositions, participating in mediations, communicating with opposing counsel and clients, and appearing in court for motions and pre-hearing proceedings. Experience with financial services litigation is a plus. Prior law firm experience is preferred. Must have admission to Florida Bar.

The candidate should have a Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school with an excellent academic record. Must have ability to interface directly with attorneys and clients. Must demonstrate an ability to work independently and productively. Should have exceptional written and oral communication skills. Should have strong decision-making, problem-solving and organization skills. Ability to effectively handle multiple projects essential. Ability to develop and implement legal strategies needed.
