Mergers and Acquisitions Associate Attorney

Los Angeles office of our client seeks mergers and acquisitions associate attorney with 5 years of relevant experience. The candidate will advise corporate clients and private equity funds in connection with acquisitions, dispositions, minority investments, other similar transactions, and general corporate matters. Must have significant experience handling M&A transactions, a good understanding of corporate law and market terms, and substantial experience in drafting transaction documents and effective deal management. Should have Bar admission.
