Grapevine office of our client seeks garnishee creditor rights attorney with 3+ years of experience. The candidate will manage Firms national financial garnishment portfolio for its Clients. Will understand Writ of Garnishment process; properly file answers to a Writ of Garnishment as the garnishee. Properly identify cases containing Federal Benefit payments and no Right to Garnish. To the extent hearings are required, engage Firms internal counsel or Firms National Local Counsel Network to attend. Understand and raise exemptions as the garnishee on behalf of the Client, to the extent applicable. Manage settlement agreements to Creditors attorney. Partner and communicate with Client and Firm on a daily basis. Timely clear out daily tasks to ensure garnishee tasks exceed Clients timelines. Advanced understanding and experience of responding to and defending garnishee financial institutions when served with a Writ of Garnishment essential. Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook is needed. Should be licensed and Active Attorney in any State.

The candidate should have high level of motivation with ability to work independently. Must have ability to multitask and be a team player. Should thrive in a culture of growth and accountability. Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills are essential. Time Management proficiency is needed.
