Associate Attorney

Houston office of our client seeks an experienced associate attorney. The candidate will review and analyze documents. Prepare pleadings, discovery, and client communications. Prepare witnesses and take depositions and attend mediation. Research and write articles for CLEs and law firm websites. Identify personal growth and learning opportunities. Assist in training law clerks and paralegals, as needed. Be responsible for executing litigation strategy. Must have experience handling real estate and general business litigation matters.

The candidate must enjoy working with clients and understand the desire to provide excellent client service and build relationships. Be organized and able to work on a deadline but are also flexible and can adjust priorities as needed.
