Junior Mergers and Acquisitions Associate Attorney

Los Angeles office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks junior mergers and acquisitions associate attorney with 1-3 years of experience, particularly in one or more of the areas of public and private company mergers and acquisitions, private equity buyouts, asset sales, tender and exchange offers, and other strategic transactions. The candidate should have experience drafting ancillary transaction agreements, conducting due diligence and managing the due diligence process, and coordinating internal and client teams in all stages of a strategic transaction.

The candidate should have superior academic credentials and/or law firm experience and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
