Washington, D.C. office of an AmLaw firm seeks mid-level to senior communications, internet, and media regulatory associate attorney preferably with 4-6 years of experience. The candidate will serve in legal research, writing, and oral advocacy before the FCC, NTIA, FTC, Congress, and other governmental agencies. Will support attorneys and counsel clients on legal, policy, commercial, compliance and technology matters. Membership in the eligibility for the D.C. Bar is required. Experience working on communications-related litigation, commercial, or compliance matters - particularly, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) is a plus.

The candidate should have strong academic credentials, excellent research, writing, and oral communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to perform effectively in a law firm environment.
