The candidate will counsel clients in the areas of domestic and international marine, aviation and intermodal transportation cargo casualties and commercial trade dispute. Will review, draft and negotiate documents, including Terms and Conditions, shipper agreements, broker agreements, equipment charters and interlining agreements. Should have experience drafting and reviewing service agreements; representing international clients in international commercial law matters.
