Warren office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an associate attorney with 3-5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will handle all aspects of defending workers' compensation claims for benefits including medical, disability, impairment, coverage, and employment defenses for clients including insurance companies, third-party administrators, and employer representatives. Will handle all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, trials, arbitrations, liens, and settlement negotiations and documents. Serve in case evaluation and preparation, discovery, prepare for and attend hearings/depositions, report on hearings, depositions, appearances, and correspond as needed. File pleadings in response to applicants claims filed, and appearance at OJCC. Prepare correspondence to clients regarding status and updates of active claims. Perform legal research and analyze cases. Develop/recommend a case strategy. Develop a plan of action, and negotiate settlements and administrative duties as they relate to the practice of law. Should have knowledge of workers' comp law. Should have strong litigation, verbal, and writing skills. Must be in good standing with the New Jersey Bar Association.

The candidate should have effective time management skills. Must demonstrate good judgment skills. Should have excellent interpersonal skills. Must be technologically adept and have excellent organizational skills.
