Duties

  • Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and managing expectations.
  • Stay current with developments in workers' compensation law and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

Requirements

  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in workers' compensation law or relevant practice areas.
  • Licensing: Must be licensed to practice law in Georgia.
  • Skills: Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to advocate effectively in legal settings.
  • Analytical Ability: Ability to analyze complex legal and medical information to assess case viability.
