Royal Oak office of boutique firm seeks healthcare regulatory/transactional attorney with 3-6 years of HIPAA compliance experience. The candidate will handle multiple deadlines and a high volume case load. Will manage client relationships.

The candidate should have a strong academic record and superior writing and advocacy skills.

This law firm has two offices in Michigan and was established in the mid-1980s. There are about ten attorneys working in the areas of supply chain and purchasing, corporate and transactional law, general healthcare and counsel, HIPAA compliance, fraud and abuse/stark law, audits and staff privileges, licensing and credentialing. The firm aims at developing and growing by providing legal counsel to a varied range of clientele in a coat effective manner.
