The candidate should have maintained an active license in good standing in Pennsylvania. 4 years of litigation experience are required. Experience with general liability matters, including premises liability, motor vehicle, class action litigation, and insurance coverage, is preferred. Exemplary writing is required.

The candidates must be self-motivated independent thinkers with exceptional attention to detail, excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to work as a team member in a high-volume fast, paced work environment. Should have a JD degree from an ABA-approved law school.

This Pennsylvania-based law firm has 6 offices which concentrate on practice groups such as commercial litigation, construction, general litigation, and workers' compensation. The firm staffs a fairly large group of skilled lawyers, as well as a skilled administrative team. This legal practice also publishes an in-house legal periodical.
