Partner-level Intellectual Property Dispute Resolution Attorney

Miami office of our client seeks a partner-level intellectual property dispute resolution attorney with extensive experience handling intellectual property disputes. The candidate should preferably be an intellectual property litigator with first chair experience in patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret litigation in federal and state courts, as well as in mediation and arbitration settings. Must have a portable book of business evidencing a skill set in and potential for additional business generation.

The ability to also handle a variety of technology-related commercial litigation matters is preferred.

This is a Florida-based business law firm. Its attorney team members are organized into four practice teams: the Administrative Law team, the Business Reorganization team, the Dispute Resolution team, and the Transaction team.
