International Tax and Corporate Transactional Partner

Miami office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an international tax and corporate transactional partner with extensive experience in international and domestic transactional tax matters, including organizational structuring and planning, and taxation related to real estate and business combination transactions. The candidate must have a background with a concentration in international taxation and corporate and transaction work. Should preferably have substantial experience in corporate and commercial matters, including the development and implementation of new business and investment structures, partnerships and joint ventures, employment and other commercial agreements, distribution agreements, purchase, and sale transactions matters.

The candidate must have strong academic credentials.

This is a Florida-based business law firm. Its attorney team members are organized into four practice teams: the Administrative Law team, the Business Reorganization team, the Dispute Resolution team, and the Transaction team.
