The candidate should possess a broad range of experience in Mergers and Acquisitions and general corporate counseling, with the ability to play a lead role in a transaction. Exposure to public companies and capital markets, as well as large law firm experience strongly preferred.

The candidate must have excellent academic credentials and strong written and oral communication skills. Should be entrepreneurial, team oriented, and highly motivated to help us grow the practice and serve the clients. Must have a J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
