Phoenix office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks senior business immigration associate attorney with 5+ years of experience working on a range of employment-based immigration matters including developing immigration strategies, programs and processes for corporate employers to manage their foreign national workforce. The candidate will be conducting in-depth research and staying abreast of changes in the law and practice and drafting client updates on any important developments. Will be reviewing case work and developing a clear case strategy at the outset. Assessing eligibility of corporate foreign national employees for non-immigrant and immigrant visa status in the United States, including E-1/2/3, H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, PERM labor certifications, I-140 immigrant petitions, and I-485 adjustment of status applications. Drafting responses to requests for evidence. Partnering with colleagues to resolve client issues, share information, and support client projects. Communicating regularly with clients regarding procedural, case processing issues, and case strategy; and supervising the work of paralegal staff in case and document preparation. Must have strong academic credentials and references as well as strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively manage internal and external client relationships.
