Portland office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks mid-level construction and design associate attorney with 3-7 years of construction litigation and contract drafting experience including on industrial, multi-family, commercial, and large residential development matters. The candidate will work on a number of construction and design contracts, using different project delivery systems, as well as a wide variety of litigation matters related to construction projects, both public and private. Must have an active membership in or commitment to applying for the Oregon State Bar.

The candidate should have strong interpersonal skills such as ability to build and maintain relationships with the local business community. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills. Must be detail oriented and ability to produce client-ready documents. Should have good judgment, responsiveness, and perseverance. Strong intellectual curiosity needed. Self-motivation essential. Must have a commitment to client service and team success. Should have JD degree from an accredited university.
