Restructuring Associate Attorney

Irvine office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a restructuring associate attorney with 3-5 years of experience. The candidate should preferably have restructuring experience, including Chapter 11 cases, representing debtors and creditors in all areas of corporate restructurings and bankruptcy proceedings. Should be capable of handling and running multiple significant matters at once and should be able to work collaboratively within a team. Comparable law firm and/or clerkship experience preferred.

The candidate should have outstanding academic credentials and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
