  • Prepare and file probate court documents.
  • Represent personal representatives, executors, trustees, and beneficiaries.
  • Guide clients through probate processes with professionalism.
  • Manage court appearances and communications with legal parties.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals on related matters.
  • Identify and resolve estate and fiduciary tax issues.
  • Stay informed of changes in relevant laws.

Requirements

  • 3-7 years of experience in estate planning and/or probate law.
  • Active bar membership required in Nebraska, Iowa, and/or South Dakota.

Education

  • J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active bar membership.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of estate planning tools and tax implications.
  • Exceptional drafting, research, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple matters with attention to detail.
